Nurses are encouraged to share in the decision making process that affects the care delivery model and patient outcomes. Position requirements: Current RN license in Maryland or Compact State.
BSN prepared nurses are preferred. ADN nurses must agree to complete BSN degree within 5 yrs of hire. CPR required. Prefer at least 2yrs of RN Med/Surg or LTC experience. Will consider 1yr RN experience for strong candidates. IV access, wound care, chronic disease management experience a plus. Active Driver's license with good driving record. Must provide reliable transportation with auto insurance. Schedule: Budgeted for 72 hours per bi-weekly pay period. Schedule - Saturday-Monday 7a-7p with
premium rate on weekend Required to work 11 of every 12 weekends (or 48 out of 52 weekends per year) and holidays that fall on scheduled weekends.
