Will assist maintenance supervisor, dispatcher, and servicemen in troubleshooting complicated voltage blinks. This includes the download and translation of relay control event reports. Will read meters monthly. Will assist in the installation and maintenance of surge arrestors and will perform installation and maintenance of 3-phase meter loops as Substation and Line Equipment Will maintain inventories and updates for all SEL, relays.

Will be responsible for the programming and testing of all relays located on the system. Will coordinate with operations and maintenance supervisor on all information needed on relays, such as test results, event reports, and possible upgrades. Submits this to report to the EHS department for follow up and final reporting (e. g. accidents, employee complaints, root cause analysis to product and process non-conformities etc. ) Foster a culture of excellence with a focus on continuous improvement.

Perform other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School diploma with equivalent experience required; Associate or Bachelors degree in Business Management or equivalent field preferred. 4+ years of experience in a leadership capacity within food manufacturing with shift or area ownership required.
