This is critical to ensure the CI element is aligned with activities in terms of customer success, understanding the TOP products(Strategic discipline) and driving simplification in all areas of the business.

Owns the CI element for the division, and establish an operating rhythm that encourages employee engagement in the process through suggestion schemes or solution schemes.
