Practices, HACCP, and 5S. Performs assigned tasks in a manner that does not endanger the environment and adheres to company and regulatory standards. Actively participates in the continuous improvement process. Build batches for your shift and following shift.

Follow recipes exactly, no substitutions without permission. Use check off system when building batches. Record cheese receiving dates and ingredient lot numbers on recipe. Use clean buckets, tubs and utensils. Watch for visual problems of ingredients. Report such findings to your supervisor. Dump and heat batches in vat according to manufacturing directions. Don't change anything around without checking with supervisor. Use check

off system when dumping in batches. When batches are complete and approved for drying, send slurry through the dual filters. When done pull filter and report findings on processing strainer sheet.

Run line tests when needed such as PH, TA, Solids, etc. Keep work area clean while running and at the end of each shift. Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices. Keep buckets, tubs, pallets washed. Set aside broken pallets for repair. When washing or sweeping dryer follow all safety and sanitation practices. (Inspect augers and carrier bearings per required frequency). Run roller dryer according to procedures. Follow all safety practices when washing. Do a standard clean in place (CIP) at the

end of each day. Pull apart agitators, turbine heads, disassemble pumps, homogenizers, etc.

and manually clean and inspect for wear. Observe all sanitation and safety practices, this consists of washing hands, using clean utensils, etc. Follow lock out procedures and safety practices, wearing safety equipment. Follow all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), including using appropriate tools (gloves, safety glasses, chemical aprons, etc. ). Ensures that Food Safety is an absolute priority. Report any condition or action that may place product at risk of being contaminated with foreign material or pathogens.

Production Operations: Responsible to the Production Foreman to assist in the execution of processing/drying and blending/sifting schedule during assigned shift. Keep staging areas stocked and supplied with ingredients/raw materials/labels need for operations. Transfer outputs (finished product, base, EMC's, etc. ) to proper storage areas. Inspect products to verify conformance to internal

and customer specifications. Proactively support Safety Compliance throughout the facility and promote safe work habits. Support continuous improvement of production operations.

Recommend improvements in equipment, production methods, workflow, and employee activities. Support execution of daily housekeeping, master cleaning schedule, and cleaning of other non-food contact areas in processing/drying areas. Assist Production Foreman in the review of all required production paperwork, charts, and documentation. Training/Onboarding: The Production Facilitator is responsible, with the support of the Production Foreman, for the onboarding of new employees/transfers into the processing/drying

and blending/sifting areas. Training support of Safety, Food Safety, Operations and general skills training for all positions within the production area will be within the Production Facilitators responsibility.

Additional support may be directed by the Production Foreman. Knowledge/Experience/Skills: High level of reading, writing, math, and computer skills Self-motivated and ability to work with little supervision Must be dependable and trustworthy. Team player with desire to continuously improve operations. Complete knowledge of blending, sifting, palletizing and packet operations. Certified to operate lift truck, including annual training Able to work in hot and cold conditions, climb on and off lift truck throughout shift Able to lift 50-pound bags / move 200-pound barrels as necessary in performance of duties.
