Assist in creating the vision for future state technologies and architecture and participate in setting Enterprise standards and mid/long-term strategy / roadmaps (18-60 months), acting as domain specific subject matter expert. Apply architectural and engineering concepts to design a solution that meets operational requirements, such as scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability, and manageability.

Translate business strategy and requirements into well-architected solutions. Provide technical expertise to propose level of effort estimates (LOE), work breakdown structures, and technical resource Lead and define solution architecture to support delivering high impact products in a fast-paced environment. Create and maintain logical architecture documentation. Assist managers with developing the service level agreements (SLAs) and deployment of key performance measures.

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments and best practices in Microsoft 365 Provide coaching and mentoring to team members in the areas of technical skills and competency. Provide people performance feedback to managers as requested. Works with engineering team to identify and prioritize elimination of technical debt. Work closely with IT security to monitor and maintain the company's security posture Qualifications Minimum Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions.

One or more Microsoft 365 Certifications: + Administrator Expert + Fundamentals + Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals + Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate + Team Administrator Associate Skills/Abilities: High level of technical expertise and comprehension of architecture, application systems design and integration. Communicates effectively with the business - transforms business problems into technical solutions and evaluates success using business terms. Communicates effectively with architecture - frameworks, API-first architecture, microservices, patterns, maturity models, physical, logical, functional diagrams, use cases, etc.

Communicates effectively with technology - new technologies, trends, directions, modeling, POC’s, non-functional requirements, SLA’s, evaluate vendors in a technology space. Foresees internal and or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; suggests improvements for processes, products, or services. Ability to persuade others on suggested solutions. Acts in alignment with objectives and strategic plan; gives strategic or conceptual advice and updates on project progress and achievement of objectives.

Identifies and solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business; uses abstract thinking to develop solutions. Adapts well to complex heterogeneous systems. Proficient in Power Shell scripting and automation In-depth knowledge Microsoft Teams Telephony/Voice including: + Direct Routing + Local and Global E911 Compliance + Analog Solutions (FAX) General configuration and best practices for Advanced Phone System Features (Shared Line, Multiline, etc.
