Maintain a clean, safe, orderly, and therapeutic work environment. Maintain access to the DMHRSi program and complete bi-weekly workload documentation. Complete required training courses on or before specified due dates. Respond to issues or requests via the ticketing system within 5 working days. Provide daily status reports with detailed descriptions of work completed. Address critical bugs within 2 hours of notification, or communicate the issue and estimated resolution time. Be on-call during specific times outside of regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per the schedule.

Specific Duties and Tasks: Develop full-stack web applications using. NET and. NET Core frameworks. Build reusable code and libraries. Design application architecture for scalability, reliability, and efficiency. Test and debug applications to ensure compliance with client requirements and specifications. Document code for ease of understanding by other developers. Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently as needed. Stay updated on technology trends and programming languages. Provide technical support to resolve application issues.

Ensure applications meet industry and Department of Defense standards for data privacy and security. Qualifications: Minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience in application programming. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education. Expertise in. Net Framework and. Net Core. Proficiency in C#/VB. Net programming languages. Knowledge of web application architecture and design patterns. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Active secret security clearance required Preferred Skills: Proficiency in j Query, Bootstrap, Java Script, and Cascading Style Sheets.

Experience with 3rd party component suites such as Dev Express and Telerik UI. Familiarity with source code management software like Team Foundation Server (TFS).
