Works with Nurse Manager on the orientation, competency of clinical/technical skills, licensure requirements. Available to participation on various committees when necessary. care, and rotation of call. The LTC Assistant Nurse Manager is the primary liaison between LTC Manager and the Certified Nursing Assistance (CNA), LPN/RN. As well as the residents and their families.
