Our AMT will be responsible for the overall maintenance and safe operations of our EC135. This critical role ensures our team can safely maintain and deliver timely and high-quality transportation services, medical care and customer service to patients.

Responsibilities: Aircraft Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs and provide regular statuses to the Lead Technician or Regional Maintenance Manager. Manage inventory checks to ensure stock of supplies and equipment,

regularly update the equipment tracking log, place replacement requests when necessary and document part expenditures. Clearly document service paperwork and FAA information as required and adhere to policies and procedures while complying with the company's information security standards.

This individual is also responsible for ensuring that all taxes are accounted for appropriately in accordance with GAAP. They also serve as the main point of contact to external auditors. The successful candidate will have experience with Corptax compliance and provision software and Oracle Financials and possess a process improvement

mindset. The Director, Corporate taxation is also responsible for tax research and special projects. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure timely preparation and filing of tax returns utilizing approved tax strategies.

Review and approve all tax accounting calculations, journal entries, schedules and roll forwards necessary for financial statement reporting purposes in Corptax provision software. Responsible for ensuring that all account reconciliations are completed in a timely and accurate manner. This role will partner with Controller's group in execution of these duties. Ensure that forecasted income tax expense and payments are accurately reflected in the quarterly financial forecasts and the

four year plan. Investigate and research current and future federal, state and international tax implications of actual and proposed company business decisions and the effects of new federal, state and international tax laws on existing situations.

Formulate and implement tax strategies for the Company and subsidiaries related to all areas of taxation with the exception of Property Tax. Conduct tax related research and forecasting based upon current and pending/proposed legislation. Monitor/analyze tax legislation and court cases that may influence outcomes. Investigate incentives if applicable. Determine tax depreciation methods used based upon tax forecast.

Approve all tax depreciation calculations and reconciliations/roll forwards of tax fixed assets and depreciation on a quarterly basis. Oversee all tax compliance functions including tax accounting, tax provision, tax footnotes and disclosures, administrative hearings, audits, appeals and litigation. Supervise staff on any audits that arise. Sign all tax returns and tax payments. Review and approve all tax provision and tax language in debt and lease agreements. Oversee the application of relevant U. S. GAAP for tax accounting. Maintain the integrity of internal controls as they pertain to the Tax department.

Possess the ability to work well with all business units to ensure tax components are considered in overall business strategy decisions. Serve as the primary tax liaison with the Company's external auditors, tax advisors and Revenue agents. Identify, hire and supervise tax consultants and attorneys Possess proven ability to implement tax process improvements, automation and systems. Possess passion for employee coaching, mentoring and development. Serve as Player/Coach with oversight of a small department. QUALIFICATIONS 13-15 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Manager serves as the primary CMMS System Administrator and requires consistent and knowledgeable interaction with leadership partners in Asset Management, Investment Planning, Accounting, Facilities Maintenance, Energy, Store Development, IT and other departments to deliver best practices and stay current with evolving business demands, changes in technology and compliance

regulations. This role is responsible for building the long-term strategic roadmap to support an effective and efficient long-term Maintenance Capital and opex spending plan for all ADUSA locations.

This role is responsible for providing data and related analytics used in influencing Executive and Operational leadership, supporting the strategic annual spending in the delivery of ADUSA's commitment to reduce carbon emissions and meet sustainability targets. The manager ensures planning, budgeting /coordinating material, equipment and personnel requirements are achieved for long term CMMS system implementations, software development, and maintenance of the application. Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading the Systems team in delivering a comprehensive computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for all ADUSA Brands to track assets, work orders, workflows, preventive maintenance, and warranties to reduce maintenance downtime, decrease maintenance costs, improve labor efficiencies, and increase revenue and ROI.

Leads the team that creates and maintains plans and reporting to drive cost effective programs related to each Brand's Maintenance Capex and Opex budgets and strategic projects. Leads team in coordinating, analyzing, documenting, tracking, and reporting a wide variety of equipment condition backssments, including establishing data collection schedules, standards, and methods for use in improving risk-based decisions.

Responsible for developing programs and reporting to prioritize strategic maintenance and capital project programs using current and historical usage, condition, replacement and maintenance costs to improve the effectiveness of deployed capital for the Brands. Provides Maintenance leadership with business process documentation to ensure compliance with internal controls and Government regulations. Responsible for the backssment of, and analytics to support, proposed Maintenance, Energy and Store Development initiatives; considering factors such as cost effectiveness, technical feasibility, and Operational acceptance.

Responsible for maintaining system configuration settings and updates, specific to multiple brands (Retail and Corporate Dashboards, Issue Lists, Location attributes, Service Providers, Vendor Assignments, Invoice & Proposal routing, EPA compliance settings, GL Accounts, Equipment Assets, etc. ) Maintains system consistency and controls between multiple banner instances of software as a best practice. Maintains CMMS controls in accordance with SOX and EPA compliance, Audit, IT Security and Corporate Authorization policies.

Responsible for planning, organizing, and budgeting for on-site inventories, physical tagging of assets and audit activities. Manages the data of all relevant assets for the entire lifecycle, from purchase through de-commissioning. Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our values.
