Maintain weekly maintenance records of machinery Maintain a neat and orderly unfinished inventory area by properly stacking empty gailords and picking up debris off the floor Operate all machinery in safe and efficient manner. Ensure that all safety equipment and gear is functional and properly used Support warehouse personnel on projects when directed by management Conform in all respects with applicable federal, state/provincial and local laws, regulations, ordinances and other orders and to all company policies, procedures and directives from supervisors Perform other job-related duties as assigned Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination
of education and experience Must have forklift operator training.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to communicate effectively with others Physical/Mental Demands: Ability to stand, sit, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, climb and balance Visual Requirements: include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Possess ability to regularly lift/move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds. Possess ability to move up to 300 pounds. Working Conditions:
Noise level is usually moderate to loud. Occasionally exposed to loud noise, humidity, rainy/stormy, hot and cold weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, vibration, toxic and caustic chemicals, fumes and airborne particles Occasionally work in high precarious places.
