Perform basic load and stress calculations and perform analysis using finite element analysis and fatigue life prediction tools. Testing Procedures - Identify the commonly-used concepts, methods, and procedures for the detailed development and analysis of experimental and standardized tests for new and modified products or components. Devise and apply validation procedures for components and systems under development. Evaluate new components and technologies.
