In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, an additional three (3) years of applicable software development work experience may be substituted for a total of eight (8) years of experience. Education/Years of Experience Requirement for Level 3: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university; or, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field plus five (5) additional years of applicable software development work experience is required (total of 10).
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI w POLY A qualified candidate must possess excellent speaking and writing skills. A qualified candidate must be able to effectively collaborate with other members of the team and prioritize tasks under strict deadlines. Must be well-organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Must work well under pressure to meet deadline requirements.
Attendance is always critical. Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday. However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements. Needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation occur.
