programs using accepted teaching methodologies Deliver high-quality training using tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Teams, Blackboard, and other e-learning products Provide subject matter knowledge to other teams and program offices Design backssments and learning activities to backss knowledge transfer Develop training materials from vendor training and adapt it to client-specific training Maintain and edit project documentation, using a set of vetted guidelines Produce professional-quality work within tight deadlines and evolving priorities Write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts for e-learning content Partner with other subject matter experts to obtain information, validate content, and evaluate the effectiveness of course delivery Soft Skills Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Business Analysts) Strong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of taking solution ownership.
