Your day might look like : • Coordinate and execute all logistics for all employee training and development programs. This includes, but is not limited to, planning and preparing for a large in-person, virtual or hybrid program, being aware and up to date on all the current technology for events, gathering materials for courses and events, sourcing and securing event locations, taking reservations, creating a registration website, organizing travel and ground transportation, making hotel accommodations, sourcing food & beverage, and requesting payment for program deposits, etc. • Ensure that feedback from all meetings is collected, analyzed, and reported out to internal stakeholders.

• Support trainers in preparation and execution of trainings • Gather data on training logistics, analyze data and/or run reports to track trends, etc. • Manage budgets for multiple events at once. • Maintain and update our employee training calendar. • Assist other teams in developing material for internal event curricula. What we need from you: • Ability to work in the Danvers office 70% - 80% of the time, when there is an employee training program in-house • Ability to travel 10% - 15% of the time, when there is an employee training program in the field • Good presentation skills • BA/BS in marketing, communications or related degree required • 2 years of event coordination or administration experience required • Ability to gather, track and manage constantly changing data in real-time • Project management skills; able to juggle multiple projects and balance competing priorities • Able to interact professionally and confidently with individuals at all levels within the organization • Thrives when collaborating with others; a relationship builder • Excellent time management skills and a forward thinker • Motivated self-starter able to identify issues and propose solutions without being asked • Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, effectively, and frequently (oral and written) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.

growth, and the highest quality of life. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (40 hours) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct 3+ full MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification trainings per month. Conduct 6+ MAP recertification trainings per month.

Conduct MAP clinics for staff as needed. Prepare all training materials and classrooms/computer lab for MAP classes and testing. Enter instructor's information into the D & S system for staff trained and address all data issues in D & S system. Communicate with the Training Department regarding the status of individuals trained. Track MAP status for all staff (new and recerts) using Excel and Relias then follow-up with

employees and managers for compliance purposes. Proctor MAP testing for all staff as needed. Meet with other Bridgewell Nursing staff regularly for alignment and collaboration purposes and encourage open communication related to MAP needs and MAP compliance.

Attend MAP meetings, webinars and recertifications to stay up to date on any regulatory or compliance changes/updates and to ensure Bridgewell's MAP practices are current. Maintain MAP Trainer status. Support training Department in teaching other trainings such as FA/CPR, BLS CPR, etc. All other duties as assigned. Required Education/Experience: RN degree or BS/RN required. Minimum of 2 years of experience providing MAP training preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required. Active Massachusetts MAP Trainer Certification required.

R e quired Skills/Knowledge: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent computer skills are required. Complete understanding of MAP policies and regulations. Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to create a positive and fun learning environment. Physical Demands: The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. May be occasionally climb stairs and lift up to 25 pounds (ex. carry training materials). The employee must be able to drive a vehicle. Must be able to push and pull (ex. move tables and chairs to set up the training space).
