As an Education and Training (E&T) Coordinator on the National Cryptologic University (NCU) Team, you will be doing just that; directly supporting, sustaining, and transforming critical training systems that keep the Agency running. The Learning Tradecraft Services (LTS) organization is looking for candidates with experience/interest stewarding the development and delivery of learning environments.

Selectee will serve as a member on the team that oversees the Agency's database of record, Enterprise Learning Management (ELM), and Virtual Learning Environments (VLE). As an Education and Training (E&T) Coordinator, the selectee will work closely with other personnel, technical

partners, military components, and internal NCU organizations enterprise wide to promote and coordinate training initiatives across NSA. Duties will include: - Establishing and directing E&T-related programs by effectively organizing and prioritizing work, and utilizing resources.

- Assisting with providing instruction and training for tools. - Working on multiple projects simultaneously and ensure congruence with organizational mission and functions. - Evaluating and integrating a variety of perspectives when seeking solutions, providing provides innovative approaches to overcome challenges. LTS provides a broad spectrum of technology-based training (TBT) methods, distance-learning solutions,

and classroom technology to meet learning needs. Learning is delivered via multiple methods and over several networks.

All of the tools in the learning environment work together and complement each other to deliver training on an enterprise wide level. The LTS systems/tools currently utilized are: - Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) - the official database of record used by the NSA enterprise, as the corporate solution for the management of all education, training, and workforce development activities- Sum Total - Learning Management System (LMS) that delivers web based training. - Saba - Virtual classroom that provides real time, synchronous communication and learning.

- Blackboard - Course Management System (CMS) that delivers course content in a dynamic course environment providing blended learning and collaboration. - Question Mark - Enables creation of questions and ability to organize them into exams, quizzes, tests, or surveys. - My Gov Learn, ELM, Blackboard, Joint Language University (JLU) - Web-based learning portals to deliver self-paced and instructor-facilitated unclassified training. SKILLS The selectee should be a customer-focused, self-starter who: - Is well organized and able to handle multiple priorities, set goals and meet deadlines.

Ability to wholly complete tasks is essential. - Is an innovative thinker with strong conceptual skills and has the ability to communicate ideas and concepts in easily understandable terms. - Exhibits strong customer service skills, including assisting customers with issues using LTS tools. - Is a team player that meets customers' and stakeholders' needs. - Is proficient in MS Office applications- Has a working knowledge of Learning Management Systems. - Interacts well with a diverse workforce to include government, contractors, military, and training professionals- Possesses effective verbal and writing skills- Can build on or develop skillsets in video production, multimedia, Instructional Technology and tool program management.

PAY BENEFITS & WORK SCHEDULE Pay: Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. Salary Range: $78,592 - $172,075 (Full Performance, Senior)Salary range varies by location, work level, and relevant experience to the position. On the job training, internal NSA courses, and external training will be made available based on the need and experience of the selectee.
