Read and use a tape measure Read blueprints and orders Communicate well with coworkers Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools Competencies Must have a strong work
ethic Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically Must understand safety procedures Must have good teamwork skills Must live the Champion Operating Principles Qualifications Any specialized construction/manufacturing experience is highly preferred and will be given priority consideration Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
