Assist with breakfast in the morning, including wiping down tables, and emptying garbage during this time. Assists in unloading deliveries and the proper storage of such.

Plunge guest toilets and public area toilets as needed. Repair or fix any maintenance items within scope of experience including cleaning light fixtures and replacing light bulbs.

Report all guest-borrowed items (ie. Irons/boards, hair dryers, etc) for safe return to designated area. Prepare utility cart for next day use. Report any maintenance problems to Engineering Department. Make sure all equipment is in good working order before use each day. Report and deliver lost & found items to the appropriate office/ department. Clean guest laundry washer/dryer, table, mop floor as needed. Help with excessive laundry when required. If this hotel has a shuttle, driving guests to and from the

hotel may also be needed. Communicate changes in suite status with the Front Desk.

Responsible for knowing hotel emergency procedures and ensuring emergency exits are clear at all times. Accommodate guest special requests courteously, including luggage and wheelchair assistance. Work in a team environment and assist and support all members of the team to ensure a great hotel stay experience for the guests. About being our Wetland Biologist We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Wetland Biologist to join our growing environmental team in Seattle and Tacoma! This position is perfect for a collaborative, team-oriented, mid-level Wetland Biologist who is looking for a unique opportunity to grow their career in the realm of natural resources management.

In this role, you will serve as a key member the project team, assisting in winning and executing work that includes delineation of wetlands and streams, permitting, and mitigation; craft and implement appropriate permit strategies, meeting with our integrated team members and serving as a technical advisor on a variety of projects. Responsibility Highlights for our Wetland Biologist Serve as the field lead for wetland, stream and plant delineations, perform wildlife surveys and habitat backssments, prepare environmental permit applications and supporting documentation while providing leadership and instruction to field teams.

Prepare field reports and other environmental documents clearly and concisely to present information to project team members, including wetland delineation reports, critical areas reports, JARPA applications, mitigation plans, monitoring reports. Experience with biological backssments, WDFW Hydraulic Project Approvals, and SEPA or NEPA analyses. Deliver project assignments on time and within budget, and assist with the development and tracking of scopes, schedules, and budget.

Collect, interpret, and analyze field survey data and may serve as a technical/resource specialist in one or more natural resource disciplines. Minimum Qualifications to be our Wetland Biologist Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Natural or Environmental Sciences, or related environmental/ecological field. 4+ Years of Wetland Experience, including leading delineations and critical areas backssments of aquatic resources in the Pacific Northwest. Thorough knowledge of federal wetland regulations and familiarity with local critical areas codes, including Corps wetland delineation, functional backssments (Ecology credit/debit system), Ecology wetland ratings, mitigation ratios and ordinary high water mark determinations in the Pacific Northwest.

Responsible driving record with no major or repeated violations (field visits includes travel to various job sites), Driving experience in remote, rugged and undeveloped terrain; ability to conduct field work for extended periods of time and physically fit to navigate rugged conditions on foot while carry supplies Ability to walk long distances and on uneven ground in all weather conditions, carry a backpack, safely operate, load and transport equipment and gear, and cross fences, streams, and other obstacles.
