Manage the operating life of material handling assets and building infrastructure to allow correct products, location and amounts and adhere to all Food Safety and Quality Standards specifically SQF systems.
You will: Oversee the training program for forklift operators and monitor safety within the department to guarantee safe and efficient operation. Promote plant and department OIR targets, safety and quality goals, and conduct gap analysis. Manage, direct and control warehouse activities over all inventory
levels on all shifts; coordinate with Con Agra Fleet to ensure movement of product. Support SAP systems, training, and adherence to achieve plant goals. Direct Leadership in Con Agra Performance Systems and implementation.
Coordinate shipping and receiving with plant locations and IMC's. Develop cost savings by participating in special projects, improving warehouse processes and reviewing the cost of storage and palletizing. Maintain our team's adherence to the employee handbook, GMP's and other plant policies. Coach team in personal accountability, giving and receiving feedback, root cause analysis, trade-off analysis, interpersonal communications and external interactions. Troubleshoot
problems and implement corrective actions through root cause analysis.
You have: Bachelors' Degree in a supply chain, logistics or business-related field.3+ years' experience leading high-performance teams and engaging team members to improve our results, including employee hiring and retention, development, performance reviews and discipline.
