Will need to pull the product still there out, pull down the new pallet, and then stock the remaining items from the previous pallet on the top of the new pallet that you brought down. The goal is for the pickers to never have to wait to pick a needed item. As a stocker, you may put some products away from late deliveries, but the primary focus will involve pulling products for the pickers, so will do more manual labor. Products that you will move will generally weight 10-50lbs, but will occasionally weigh up to 100lbs.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-line warehouse workers, including shipping and receiving, order picking and packing, and inventory
management. Ensure all shipments are accurately packed and shipped on time and in compliance with customer requirements.
Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and timely delivery of products to customers Conduct regular cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and other inventory-related tasks to maintain inventory accuracy. Work with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled and delivered on time. Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Supervisor, Warehouse and Distribution 2 Train and mentor front-line workers to improve their skills and ensure their success.
Monitor performance of workers and provide feedback and coaching to help them achieve their goals. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
