The Warehouse Worker is responsible for achieving quality, productivity, and customer service goals related to the Warehouse. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Plan with co-workers the daily activities of the Warehouse Work with co-workers to establish daily, weekly and monthly performance goals for the warehouse/production floor, along with the VP of Operations and related functions (Production, Brewers, Quality, Maintenance) to devise plans to achieve those goals Monitor and maintains cleanliness and overall physical condition of the warehouse and equipment Complete knowledge and utilization of our SAP based system,
Orchestrated Beer, for daily input of warehouse related data and inventory tracking Develop and maintain operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials and tracking warehouse inventory Keeps accurate records, prepare and submits documentation and various reports as requested Manage warehouse safety to include proper stacking & warehouse organization, forklift operation/certification, and proper job and safety training Identify and implement ways to improve and promote efficiency and quality Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, safety, and inventory management policies within the company Perform other duties as required
