Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent experience required. A minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain management, planning, process improvement, with an emphasis on a background in cold chain industry. Strong understanding of financial concepts related to project evaluation, budget plans, financial forecasting, return on investment and cost accounting.
