that is looking for a Lead Technician. This position will lead a team of technicians during the installation process. Because the position travels from client to client doing installations, this position should anticipate travelling approximately 75% of the time, both locally and nationally.

Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of technicians and support including performance reviews, managing and approving leave requests, and expense report approvals. Develop and rollout training plans for each technician Support the VP of Operations in ad hoc projects related to the technician team Hire new technicians as needed Drive improvements for the teams Build and develop the team

through training Represent Pal Care to communities and residents through thoughtful, respectful communication Requirements: Three (3) years installing, servicing, and maintaining Access Control Systems and related systems.

Excellent customer service skills even for difficult customers Ability to hear horn and/or warning devices at a distance of 30 yards. Visual ability (uncorrected or corrected) to observe and detect signs of dangerous obstacles at a distance of 30 yards. Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance. Ability to work safely from ladders and scaffolds. Ability to work in extreme temperature ranges. Ability to perform work all day that requires standing,

climbing, crawling, kneeling, squatting, bending, and lifting properly approximately 50 to 78 lbs.

Ability to operate all tools and equipment in a safe and responsible manner. Ability to problem solve quickly and find effective solutions to issues that arise.
