The Tax Manager is responsible for assisting the VP of Tax and the Tax Director in managing all indirect tax compliance for the Company, sales/use, tangible/ intangible personal property, gross receipts, license, excise, franchise, and other taxes. The Tax Manager is responsible for preparing or reviewing schedules necessary to respond to inquiries from outside auditors and assists with scheduling and supervising staff
and external parties in the completion of tax compliance, including providing input in performance evaluations. The Tax Manager is responsible for assisting with the maintenance of tax compliance systems.
