Main Responsibilities: Responsible for documenting and maintaining cash management and merchant services process flows for company and all current and future subsidiary platforms Respond, research, and resolve general treasury, cash management, accounting, bank, and auditor inquiries Perform annual investment audits and provide backup coverage for PCI and SOX compliance and associated internal/external audits Maintain bank account management data and daily bank statement loads in treasury workstation and ERP system Track daily transactions, initiate payments, and reconcile month
end reporting for share repurchase and debt transactions to include bank guarantees/letters of credit, senior notes, and cross currency and interest rate swaps Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly cash projections and provide updates and recommendations to management Provide and maintain user access to treasury workstation and teams channels Assist with preparation and processing of treasury transfers and payments Assist with vendor risk backssments Execute cash management and merchant services projects as assigned by direct supervisor and upper level management Provide backup coverage for review of the US domestic daily cash position to analyze and determine daily cash needs/excess Provide
backup coverage for daily enterprise counterparty report preparation and posting Cross training of employees relating to existing job responsibilities Education & Experience: BS/BA in Accounting/Finance/Business 1-3 years experience in Banking/Treasury/Finance Requirements: Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office 365 including Excel Experience with Kyriba Treasury Workstation preferred Work with cross-functional teams Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills Pay Range: $49,920 95,000 annual salary Benefits: All job offers will be based on a candidate s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
