Architect at the circuit card stack level. See circuit card and stack development through its design phases, from requirements definition through initial integration testing. Drive to meet schedule concerns. Define schedules for circuit, circuit card, and stack level tasking. Guide ECAD drafters and junior engineers through layout and routing activities. Define layer stackup definitions. Drive decisions relating to creepage and clearance. Lead medium sized teams to success with schedule, budget, and technical execution.

Engage in personal technical growth, and facilitate technical growth in peers and junior engineers. Help to understand what opportunities are needed to mature the organization on the technical front. Basic Qualifications: Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced STEM degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience. Design, analysis, test, and simulation experience with linear converters and any of the following non-isolated converter topologies: buck, boost, buck-boost. Design, analysis, and simulation experience with at least one of the following isolated converter topologies: flyback, half-bridge, full-bridge, forward, push-pull, resonant.

- Experience using tools such as MATLAB, Math CAD, Mathematica, or other similar tools. - Experience with EMI Filter design, analysis, test, and/or simulation considerations in power electronics circuits. - Experience with transformer or inductor design, analysis, test, and/or simulation considerations in power electronics circuits. The ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering Understanding of switching converter control techniques and modes such as voltage mode, peak and average current modes, their advantages and disadvantages. Chandler, AZ facility for the Glide Phase Interceptor team. Our electrical ground support equipment (EGSE) team supports our programs with the design, test, and sustainment of all EGSE and test support equipment hardware used in the integration and launch of our vehicles.

Job Duties: Based on specific objectives, work with a system electrical engineering team to perform analysis, design, and test of complex " system level" designs with a focus on the electrical ground support equipment and test support equipment for

the launch vehicle. Job responsibilities: Broad understanding and application of company electrical engineering technical standards.

Broad technical expertise and working knowledge of other related disciplines. Prepares and presents electrical engineering materials for Requirements and Design Reviews. With minimal guidance, studies basic design concepts and criteria for more complex problems. Applies electrical engineering principles to adapt or improve upon heritage features from previous successful designs of a similar nature. Validate implementation of new Cybersecurity processes, procedures, and tools Intermittent travel to other Raytheon locations (up to 50%) Basic Qualifications: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree with eight (8) years of experience as described in the bullet below or an advanced degree with five (5) years of relevant experience described in the bullet below Relevant experience in any combination: Cybersecurity, systems security or system hardening Security Control Accessor (SCA) with the government or military Information Technology Experience with network security and/or systems security, which includes any of the following: architecture, topology, protocols, components, and/or principles Experience with configuring and/or auditing operating systems Compliance-based auditing using the Risk Management Framework (RMF), DCSA backssment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and/or non-defense regulations such as FAA, Payment Card Industry (PCI), ISO 9001 Quality Management standards, or HIPPA Experience working with and/or supporting computer technologies (such as: databases, operating systems, computer network hardware, protocols, security methodologies, software programs, hardware troubleshooting or electronics) IAM Level I certification (Security+ or other) Active and transferable SECRET U.

S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U. S. citizenship is required, as only U. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Do D classified operating and/or laboratory environments. Experience with various information system security tools that address vulnerability analysis and mitigation. These may include Splunk, Forcepoint, Ivanti, Tenable, ACAS, HBSS, etc.

Familiarity with implementation of Government directives and policies derived from NIST, CNSSI, Do D, or other Government Regulatory compliance standards within a professional industry Experience in the execution of the backssment & Authorization processes, as defined within the Risk Managed Framework (RMF) Experience providing technical security consultation for complex, cross-domain, heterogeneous classified networked environments in collaboration with internal/external Customers, Information Technology (IT) Familiarity with large multi-facility networks including diverse and complex components, including Windows and Linux environments Experience interpreting, implementing, and backssing DISA STIGs.

Experience with continuous monitoring and Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&Ms) Strong verbal and written skills required providing management status reports and document system changes.
