appropriate to patient complaint and history Utilizes the nursing process in the delivery of patient care backss patients needing immediate attention or intervention and bring to attention of the Emergency Department Physician and/or Emergency Department Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Implement appropriate nursing standards of care After consultation with Emergency Department Physician and/or Emergency Department APRN, initiate appropriate pre-approved protocols Evaluate patient status and responses to interventions and care Documentation of backssment/reassessment of patient per policy Documentation of hourly rounding per policy Documentation of vital signs per policy Documentation of numerical
