verification with customer to ensure customer satisfaction Willing to travel for training when needed Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years' experience working in roofing a must Previous experience in multiple roof systems and repairs (flat and sloped) Experience with roof repair estimating a plus Exceptional communication skills and professionalism Willingness to learn and be flexible in process and documentation to comply with Dynamic Decision-making skills and ability to self-manage effectively High attention to detail, able to organize and coordinate many moving parts at one time Confident with customer and subcontractor interaction and an energetic and positive attitude.
Travel required 85% of the time with most travel being along the front range with occasional requests in the mountain regions, as needed.
