maintenance and preventative maintenance of all facility needs to include electrical, mechanical, machine and plumbing. Performs any general maintenance activities as requested by the Maintenance Manager. Completes special projects as requested by management.

as directed by management. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Basic knowledge of the following trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical wiring Maintenance of hand tools and gas-powered equipment.
Effectively use a variety of hand and power tools. Able to perform a variety of physical labor including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for long periods of time. Possess a valid driver's license. WORKING CONDITIONS: Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment, including standing on a cement floor for extended periods of time. May require lifting of up to 50 pounds.
