GENERAL FUNCTION The Materials Handler 1 restocks merchandise that is warehoused in the Distribution Center for distribution to new and existing stores. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receives incoming merchandise/product. Processes merchandise/product per the established procedures. Stocks merchandise/product to
the appropriate location. Picks merchandise per the established procedures and replenishment schedule.
Prepares merchandise for new stores. Prepares merchandise for shipment. Responsible for any additional duties assigned. GENERAL FUNCTION The Materials Handler I is primarily responsible for the daily stocking, security and upkeep of the supply room of manufacturing consumable items, non-consumable items, office supplies and equipment spare parts within LOM facilities. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains levels of inventory in

size envelope and curing rim apparatus and apply to the casing and utilize envelope leak detection devices to ensure the integrity of the curing envelope Place tires in curing chamber and cure tires according to specifications Remove tires from the chamber after cure and remove curing rims and envelopes Inspect tires to ensure the quality of product and compliance with customer standards Trim and paint the finished product and apply the label Inspect finished retread utilizing multiple-step high-pressure test machine to ensure the integrity of the casing Receive and unload supplies including tread rubber, cushion gum and repair materials, envelopes, curing rim, tire casings, rims, etc.
