The Opportunity Senior Threat Hunter is an experienced position within the CSIRT and will play a pivotal role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential cybersecurity threats within Cloud and On-Prem environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in and passion for cybersecurity incident response, threat hunting, and detection engineering within Cloud and On-Prem environments. The candidate will require a deep understanding of IR operations, including expert

knowledge of IR tools and methodologies, following operational procedures, and strong documenting, writing and communications skills. The candidate will also be responsible for performing threat hunts in the Cloud and On-Prem environments, which entails a strong understanding of cyber threat intelligence, the MITRE ATT&CK Framework, and the ability to proactively identify emerging threats across the entire threat landscape.

The candidate will also be required to conduct in-depth investigations and hunts, working closely within the SIEM, having expert knowledge of query languages. In addition, the candidate will be expected to apply above mentioned threat hunting skills to detection engineering.

This includes the ability to identify opportunities for detection enhancements, contribute to the management for the detection development lifecycle, and opportunity to collaborate with other groups, such as such as SIEM administrators, CSIRT's vendors, and offensive cybersecurity groups.

Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer or Cyber related field Required Skills: At least 8 years of Cybersecurity experience in a global corporation. At least 4 years of Cybersecurity Hunting experience in a global corporation. At least 1 year of offensive Cybersecurity experience. Expert knowledge of Python, utilizing it to supplement Cybersecurity tools and advance capabilities.

Current CISSP certification. At least 3 additional SANS or other Professional Cybersecurity certifications.
