You will operate and maintain heating and cooling systems activities to include; clean and replace HVAC system filters along with troubleshooting and repairs, performs other routine preventive maintenance and repairs on building equipment and grounds as needed and assigned to keep the equipment running. Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of 1-year technical school or 5-7 years of experience working in building maintenance or a mechanical trade or equivalent combination of education and experience.
