Participate on our Machine Intelligence Team Demonstrate and promote the use and application of new technology Train and coach production operators on the production use of new technology to improve product quality control Identify potential case studies, good and poor, to illustrate effective use of this technology Analyze data to identify process control improvement Determine process capability and establish statistical process control limits Evaluate the potential for improving productivity To be successful in
this role, you’ll need: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Management, or Operations Management Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Power Point Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills Things we consider a plus: Self-starter/takes initiative. Desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities. Can work independently and in teams. Engineering team Conceptualizing, designing, programming, and troubleshooting new machines Developing and enhancing existing machine software to develop new products and improve system performance Installation and testing of prototype machines Apply engineering principles and logical problem solving for projects Controlling and monitoring processes Identifying new automation and process improvement opportunities Work with machine technicians and maintenance personnel to troubleshoot/improve machinery.
