S. Salary Range: $30.50 - $41.80The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. Utilize knowledge and expertise in process engineering to backss workflow effectiveness and identify bottlenecks. Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Propose and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiencies and increase productivity in the plant. Develop and Update SOPs: Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they
align with industry best practices. Create training materials and documentation to support the implementation of revised processes. Support New Process/Technology Implementation: Work closely with the management team, production staff, and the quality control department to identify areas of improvement.
Implement solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Monitor the results of implemented improvements to ensure sustained success. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Process Engineering or a related engineering field and/or a business degree Experience in process management and improvement.
