As a Maintenance Technician you will report to a Community Director who will act as your team captain and carry out plays called by your Maintenance Supervisor who will act as your leader. HVAC, plumbing, electrical (when no license required), general carpentry, pool care, roof and gutter repairs.

Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services.

Must hold position of Maintenance Technician I for one consecutive year or equivalent. Must receive AIMS or NAARSO Maintenance Technician I certification or equivalent before advancing.

Special Requirements: Maintenance Technicians must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by management, and must be able to work well in a public environment, as well as behind the scenes.
