The hotel will be revealed during the interview. What you need to do to get to an interview is email me at xyz X@ and tell me about yourself and your experiences. Tell me why I should consider you for the job. Attach a resume if you have one. I will email you back with the application attached.
Once you fill the application out, if you can scan it and email it back that's fine, otherwise I will give you an address to mail it in. I will then call you for an interview if your experience fits our needs.
