both housekeeping/ light gardening and lunch prep, or two part time jobs; one housekeeping/gardening 2-3 days per week and one lunch prep 5 days per week. Housekeeping applicant is needed Sunday and Monday plus an additional day. Housekeeping responsibilities include lodge guest room cleaning and turn over as well as lodge and fly shop cleaning.

Gardening is primarily weeding. Skills required for housekeeping include relevant experience in cleaning lodge rooms and/or retail space. Guide lunch prep is an early morning job. Lunch prep includes preparation of salads, condiments and sandwiches as defined by the lodge. Food preparation role requires some relevant experience. Conscientiousness regarding food safety is a must. Safe Serve certification is a plus but not required. Provide relevant job history and a minimum of three references.

Supervisor (Full-Time/Columbus) SBC HOUSEKEEPING (STILLWATER BILLINGS CLINIC) req6988Shift: Varies Employment Status: Full-Time (.75 or greater) Hours per Pay Period: 1.00 = 80 hours (Non-Exempt) Starting Wage DOE: $20.12 - 23.64Hospitality Supervisor is a working supervisor responsible to coordinate and direct the daily operations of the staff engaged in providing services for environmental and nutrition services.

Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership to the staff, coordinating with other department leads, nursing staff and physicians to meet business needs. Essential Job Functions Nutrition Services Duties Plans menus with the assistance of the patients' dietitian and kitchen staff.

Provides assistance to the nutrition service staff in ordering food and other supplies for kitchen. Trains and provides instruction to nutrition service staff regarding proper and safe equipment use. Performs annual inventory of supplies with nutrition service team. Covers necessary shifts to ensure that the kitchen is staffed and able to meet the needs of the facility. Keeps up to date in understanding and implementing Serv Safe standards. Environmental Services Duties Ensures that environmental services are carried out effectively and efficiently. Organizes and leads the work of specialized environmental projects.

Establishes and enforces environmental quality standards. Trains and provides instruction to environmental staff regarding proper and safe equipment use. Assist environmental staff with inventory and control of linens, cleaning supplies, etc. backss and audit work area for safety procedures and avoid hazards. General Supervisory Duties Utilizes policy, procedure, and process backssment tools, to ensure EVS and Nutrition Service policies and procedures are adhered to. Manages and designs environmental and nutrition service schedules and work assignments.

Identifies needs and sets goals for own growth and development; meets all mandatory organizational and departmental requirements. Responds in a timely and efficient manner to staff requests or concerns. Provides leadership and supervision to direct reporting staff, and departments assisting with job specific issues, resolution of problems, and issues or concerns that may arise from questions received from the staff while maintaining a focus on quality outcomes. Participates in overall planning for annual departments budget(s) and establishing goals and objectives including target timelines.

Perform quality assurance and quality improvement activities. Perform administrative roles relating to staff, inventory, and maintaining operational standards. Maintains proficiency in environmental and nutritional services by actively participating in the work done by staff. Performs human resource management functions to include interviewing, hiring, orientation/training, coaching/counseling on daily performance issues, performance reviews and disciplinary actions. Coordinates and facilitates peer interview processes. Responsible to ensure that day reviews are productive and meaningful for new hires.

Prepares and maintains reports and records. Answers phones and addresses concerns or takes messages for staff members. May dispatch housekeeping staff as requested. Supports and models behaviors consistent with Billings Clinic's mission, vision, values, code of business conduct and service expectations. Meets all mandatory organizational and departmental requirements. Maintains competency in all organizational, departmental, and outside agency standards as it relates to the environment, employee, patient safety or job performance. Performs all other duties as assigned or as needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

Minimum Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GEDAssociates Degree, preferred in related field Experience2 years of successful experience in supervision of staff. Experience with budgeting processes. Experience working in industries specific to position.
