Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with the manufacturers’ specifications. If additional work is needed, clearly explain the exact repair instructions, making a special note of the main reason(s) the customer brought the vehicle in. Repair orders must be legible. Provide estimates for labor and parts. If the cost of service cannot

be established during reception, leave open and contact the customer later for approval. Establish each customer’s method of payment. Obtain approval of credit, if necessary.

Obtain customer’s signature on repair order; provide customer with a copy. Follow up progress of each repair order during the day. Contact customer by telephone regarding any changes in the estimate of time promised. Record changes on repair order in the approved manner. Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process. Compare final invoice with original repair order. Analyze quality control report to ensure that work is completed as requested to reduce comebacks. Deliver vehicle to customer and answer any questions.

Maintain follow up program on additional items found in need of repair.

Attend meetings as scheduled. Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business. Diversity & Inclusion Partner with the Chief Diversity Officer and DE&I Center to define and execute multi-year strategy to attract and advance underrepresented talent and drive an inclusive culture. HR Data & Analytics Leverage internal and external data, trends, analytics, and insights to backss talent gaps, forecast resource needs, and model future scenarios to accurately identify and prioritize talent risks and opportunities.

Candidate Profile Leadership - Viewed by the business as a trusted advisor providing a perspective on business opportunities. This part time role will float between Children's Hospital, Emergency Department, and Adult Medicine and will be a critical member of a multidisciplinary care team dedicated to providing the best and most advanced care and support. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced social worker to expand their skills in a hospital setting with multiple patient populations.

Our exemplary team of Inpatient Social Workers are essential liaisons between patient, family, physicians, community and organizational resources to promote the coordination of a comprehensive treatment plan. Our Inpatient Social Workers collaborates with physicians, staff nurses, and care coordinators to determine

patient care needs, readiness for discharge, and the need for home-health services or other community-based resources. This individual will play a significant role in making connections and referrals to the health agencies, mental health facilities, counseling services, and other social and governmental departments that would be the best resource in ensuring patient needs are met.

Masters of Social Work degree from a Council of Social Work Education school of social work with 1 to 2 years effective experience required. Minimum of two

years of acute care case management/social work experience. Knowledge of PC based computer software (Cerner, Navihealth/Curaspan).
