team within a rapidly growing company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Unemployment Services Associate is responsible for the administrative tasks that enable us to be successful: processing mail, organizing files, and broad support for the team located at multiple offices across the country.
Responsible for timely entry of sensitive information to meet procedural deadlines. Provide excellent and informed customer service to both internal and external clients. Collaborate with the Unemployment Services team to improve employees' experience, participate in initiatives that enhance processes, and improve information and analytics. Organize and maintain filing systems. Create and
update various tracking systems to provide increased organization and insight.
May have ownership of a process or a portion of a process and will be expected to monitor functionality and success. Other duties as assigned.
