Create an operational environment that is efficient (standards), planful (architecture), and secure (business continuity, security). As a member of the President's Council, advise on all policy and investment decisions related to technology, working in close collaboration with executive and administrative staff members in all units of the College. Develop and implement end user training programs for new software and systems and upgrades to current systems; communicate regularly with the campus community. Serve as Data Protection Officer for GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
