Operator will be responsible for meeting all quality specifications on all finished goods - this includes, but is not limited to verifying all code dates and proper weights for each tote. The Agglomerate Line Operator must be knowledgeable in the activities of the personnel working on the line as he or she will assist in overseeing and training personnel.
Troubleshooting and mechanical skills are a plus. Ensure the sugars are tested for each supplier and recorded accordingly. Ensure samples are taken to the Lab for testing of definite sugar levels.
