What you will be doing: Working with a lead installer Learning installation processes and procedures Following directions and able to work as a team an independently Retrofit / Changeout installation of residential HVAC systems Loading and unloading supplies for jobs Building platforms, drill holes, and insulate duct work Installing line sets, duct work, low voltage wiring and accessories Continual company paid Trane dealer training, EPA and NATE Certification Qualifications / Skills Valid driver's license and insurable driving record EPA Certification or obtain once employed Willingness to invest time
