Some of your primary responsibilities include: Generating referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, long-term care, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources Maintaining, developing, and supporting other Home Health services offerings, including but not limited to Home Health, Home Elder/Private Duty services, and Stonerise skilled nursing
