Get to Know This Role The Maintenance Technician 3 or 4 is responsible for the installation, removal, testing, repair and preventative maintenance of manufacturing production and facilities equipment. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role provides brewery wide-technical and diagnostic expertise.

Maintenance Tech 3 What You Will Do Complete preventative maintenance work orders as assigned and recommend revisions to improve reliability Works directly with production to isolate and repair equipment in a timely manner Conduct corrective work orders and address issues as they arise at all company locations; operate forklift, genie boom, scissor lift, and boom lift and rig as needed to complete work orders Install, program, maintain and must be able to demonstrate a understanding of troubleshooting PLCs motor control systems and control networks.

Troubleshoot instrumentation, temperature, pressure, and flow control loops. Install, maintain and solid understanding of troubleshooting PLCs motor control systems and control networks. Inspect, test, diagnose, and repair machinery and equipment; respond to urgent maintenance needs at all company work sites as needed. Identify, find, and checkout parts needed for work orders in storeroom; research and recommend spare parts for increased reliability. Clean, lubricate and rebuild shafts, bearings, gears and additional parts of machinery as needed Maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators and equipment related to utility and process piping Please Apply if You Have Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred 5 years industrial-related maintenance work required and Experience executing preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance required and Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical control systems such as PLC’s, MCC’s, I/O and network devices and process instrumentation required and Competent with MS Office suite of programs (i.

Ability to understand and suggest improvements to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Ability to accurately use precision measuring and testing instruments such as feeler gauges, calipers and tape measures Ability to comply with all safety requirements and procedures including Confined Space Entry procedure and Control of Hazardous Energy (LOTO) procedure Ability to perform quality work independently as well as in a team environment Ability to appropriately prioritize assigned backlog with limited supervision Operational knowledge of milling machines, lathes, Tig and Mig welding and general machine tools such as hand tools, grinder, drill press Driver's License free of any major moving violations within the last three years upon hire required Internal Certification to Operate Heavy Equipment including forklifts, Genie booms, scissor lifts, etc.
