When walking through the Dining Room for any reason look for any debris/etc. that you can clean up on your way to/from. Back of House (Kitchen) Use any and all LEAN systems. Keep all stations clean at all times. Keep floor clean and free of oil/water at all times. Always work in a food safe manner. Always follow the recipe. Keep all things stored off the floor (minimum 6 inches per Health Dept. )
