Job Responsibilities: Assists in the preparation and submission of RFIs, Submittals, etc. to Architect/Owner, including the distribution of responses to the affected Trade Partners. Conducts inspections before, during, and after installation of work put in place using predetermined checklists and documents with photographs, as required by the site-specific QA/QC plan. Assists in the preparation of bid proposal, including the
cost breakdown, clarifications, scope, and exclusions. Performs Subcontract quantity take-off on assigned Trade scopes and leads the development of tab sheets. Assists the Superintendent in the daily scheduling and supervision of on-site activities.
Actively participates and ensures the completion and quality of trade partner JSAs and uses JSAs to plan tasks Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in Construction Management, Engineering, or related curriculum or equivalent work experience. Internship in the commercial construction industry preferred. Knowledge of the construction industry and general management and business skills. Knowledge of project
planning, scheduling, and estimating for construction trades (all disciplines).
Requires capabilities in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent math, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills. Physical Requirements: Physically able to conduct inspections and carry equipment used for inspections. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
