while you occupy this position. Duties Serves as a Military Law Attorney, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, Headquarters, U. S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM), a major command within the U. S. Army. Serves as the Command's Senior Ethics Counselor and Command Ethics Program Manager.

Proactively implements the Joint Ethics Regulation (JER) and practices preventive law to avoid agency ethics violations. Serves as the Command Financial Disclosure Manager overseeing the Command's Confidential and Public Financial Disclosure programs. Coordinates with Department of the Army Standards of Conduct Office and the Office of Government Ethics, as required. Prepares written opinions and renders legal

advice on a wide variety of administrative law matters that may be considered outside of the scope of 'standards of conduct' relevant to senior leaders FORSCOM-wide.

Serves as the primary Fiscal Law Attorney in Military Law, and Army expert on matters of standards of conduct as they relate to procurement integrity, advising other attorneys within the FORSCOM OSJA and in OSJAs FORSCOM-wide on this matter. Requirements Conditions of Employment Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance for access for the duration of employment.

Time in Grade: The Qualifying Authorities (QA's) will make a determination as to the applicability of time in grade based on the requirements of the position.
