Be aggressive, focused, and able to work in a fast-paced, professional environment. Requirements: Admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio.2-5 years of plaintiff or defense personal injury practice. Insurance defense and/or prior claims handling experience is a major advantage. Proficiency in MS Office required. Knowledge of Needles case management software is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and overall superior communication and presentation skills. Superior
negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure. Education: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
