Responsible for all merchandising of Deli foods (i. e. inventory levels, shelf allotment, displays and sale items). Prepare in-store made Prepared Food programs. Prepare
chickens and side orders for Roaster Chicken program. Responsible for ordering and inventory control of deli products (i.
e. product levels, rotation, codes and damages). Ensure that all corporate and state sanitation policies and procedures are followed. Ensure that all customer special orders are accurately and efficiently filled (i. e. deli meat platters and vegetable platters). Ensure that a high level of customer courtesy and service is maintained at all times within the Deli Department. Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures.
