Monday-Friday Starting Wage: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour depending on experience Forklift Operator Position Summary: Operate Lift Trucks to move materials in the warehouse, unload/ reload trucks with packaging, bulk totes, pallets

of various concentrate, and juices for storage. Complete all incoming and outgoing truck inspection reports. Forklift Operator Primary Responsibilities: The Operator is accountable to operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner following company procedures and methods.

Moving pallets, totes, and incoming product to designated storage areas to include coolers and the dock as directed. Staging product on main dock for shipment. Complete required documentation verifying it is accurate and completed in a timely manner. Complete weekly and daily tasks from Master cleaning schedule. Usage of computer to print orders using Pick Sheet's, BOL's, and Pallet Tags for the shipping of various

Forklift Operator Competencies and Skills Required: Obtain forklift license with Cadillac Storage by completing the driver's test and daily evaluations. Successful completion of Cadillac Storage Fork Lift Qualifications and Training Program. Safe and efficient operation of forklifts. The ability to judge heights and distances to ensure safe forklift movements. Ability to communicate problems and directions clearly to lead and co-workers. Previous work related skill, knowledge, or experience as a fork lift operator in a manufacturing environment preferred, but not required if possessing appropriate skills. Follow the Good Manufacturing Practices utilized in the potato packing shed. Depending upon area assigned on a daily basis, tasks could include but are not limited to: Moving finished pallets away from packing lines/tote dumper Re-supplying empty pallets to packing lines/keeping bins filled Supplying packing lines with potatoes

by either emptying totes or bin boxes into hopper(s). Moving full bin boxes away from washer and/or sizer, and re-supplying empty boxes/tote dumper. Bins must be removed in all weather conditions.

Assist with unloading incoming product, assuring that product is properly labeled, safely stacked, and stored in designated area. Assist with loading/unloading outgoing/incoming trucks, which includes assuring that each outgoing pallet is properly labeled, picking/stacking and scanning orders, and properly placing pallets on truck in manner that they will ride securely. Report damaged pallets, product, or packaging. Coordinate dumping of product into bin boxes and monitor counts. Separate and

scan labeled items. Supply packing lines with empty bags and other packaging supplies.

Properly place product in rack. Train others how to do so. Ensure broken pallets are not put in rack. Follow product usage guide. Alert supervisor of possible old inventory. When identified, move to front to make more visible. Assist during planting and harvest seasons with loading and unloading bulk field trucks, moving seed and harvested product, monitoring and mapping storage for product and seed. Assist with keeping coolers, bays, dock areas and main packing floor areas neat and sanitary: removing broken pallets and bin boxes, emptying garbage barrels and boxes, sweeping and keeping garbage build-up to a minimum.

Keep product within coolers rotated on first-in, first-out basis. Keep bag storage areas clean and organized. Ensure overhead doors are closed. Must read and understand written instructions on what needs to be done as well as write legibly. Possess good written and verbal communication skills. Must have flexibility in schedule as well as traveling (Working at other company properties) SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Help perform general plant cleaning and sanitation as well as outside areas. Identify good vs. bad pallets and bins. If trained and qualified, assist with jockeying trucks around facility.

If trained and qualified, utilize snow plow to assist with facility snow removal. Perform other tasks as requested during slower times including assisting where necessary in all aspects of the potato packing process. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. They will bring out potato products to blend and will store bulk in the freezers. They may load trucks at times when the ATL system is down. They will store finished cases in designated areas in the freezers and will also be responsible for conducting inventory of product bulk and cases in the cold storage. Freezer gear will be provided by the company for your safety and comfort. Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Individuals in this position must be able to perform these duties: Follow all plant

safety policies and procedures. Be safe, participate in safety programs, engage in safety activities such as trainings, perform risk backssments, and demonstrate ownership as well as leadership in personal safety and the safety of other team members.

Daily safety/maintenance checks for the forklift, record and report any malfunctions. Learn the procedures for battery changes. Receive instructions, store product in proper location in the freezer. Deliver product to packaging line for repack/blend. Bring in packaging supplies, such as KD cases, package machine paper, KD totes, pallets, glue barrels, metal bins and trash bins. Take out frozen waste product bins and paper bins to designated areas for dumping and replace them with empty bins.

Store bulk bins in the freezers in the designated location. Stack all bins evenly and to the designated height in the freezer. Restack, sort, and organize the freezer to maintain a neat, orderly appearance. This will help create an accurate inventory. Learn the locations of all bulk that is approved for blending and repackaging. Take out the trash bins, product bins, damaged pallets, KD cases, etc. to designated storage areas. Supply the bulk crew with restricted cases, KD totes, pallets, lids, liners, etc.

Store bins from rework in designated areas of the freezers. Set up bulk bins for shipment and be prepared to receive bulk bins. Learn to use a 2-way radio, scan gun and computer touch screens regularly. Understand information on the manifest tickets and how this information applies to their responsibilities. Understand the inventory procedure for " First In/First Out" or " FIFO" for short. Reports all equipment failures and mechanical problems to appropriate personnel. Complete forms in accurate, timely, and legible manner. Identify cases, labels, cuts, colors, catalog numbers, day codes and acceptable case conditions.

Any other task as directed by Warehouse Lead or Team Leaders (Supervisors. ) Follow good housekeeping practices and GMP's. Wear all the PPE that is required for the job.
