in a timely manner. Must follow all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any additional duties assigned to best serve the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines. Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately. Review work schedule, obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations. Perform

a safety check on pallet jack/forklift to be used and ensure that all other safety devices are functioning properly. Put on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.

Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines. Place pallets on pallet jack and operate along assigned multi-level racks and locate productsaccording to order sheets. Manually place the appropriate stock items on pallet from pick slots and racks as required. Use single and/or double pallets as directed. Transport completed palletized customer order to shipping dock staging area. May be required to shrink-wrap pallet for staging. Remove batteries requiring recharging,

replace them with charged batteries, or attach re-charger and complete vehicle inspection checklist.

At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork. Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position. Releases of picking orders of the daily planned routes in a timely manner. Release the order waves and print the labels by route. Assign work orders to the pickers team. Guarantee collection of all customer orders scheduled for delivery. Cross-departmental collaboration to improve communication and business performance. Picking orders. Ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to shipping area Placing cases on pallets and securing with stretch wrap.

Loading and unloading trucks. Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations. Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from variousheights. Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i. e. cooler, freezer and dry. Performs general housekeeping duties in work area as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned. Steel toe or composite closed-toe shoes (protective safety footwear) are required in selectbusiness units. Must be able to meet predictable attendance and punctuality expectations and physical demands of the position complying with Ethnix Group's policies and performance expectations.

Organizational Responsibilities: Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s). Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, warehouse, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s).

Work Hours (may vary by state or location): Hours of operation vary by site and shift. Must be available to work overtime and assigned shifts. Must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience: Highschool Diploma or GED. Warehouse and/or distribution work related experience a plus. Experience using a motorized pallet jack preferred. Motorized pallet jack certified preferred. Language Ability: Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete documents, and answer questions in English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence as needed. Math Ability: Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages. Reasoning Ability: Demonstrated ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in software and able to use WMS and related software. Certificates and Licenses: Motorized pallet jack certified preferred. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job does not have supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

Incumbents work in an warehouse environment where temperature may vary in some parts of the warehouse (cooler/freezer), but also have frequent exposure to outside elements where temperature, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous. You'll be working around moving machines - order pickers, stand-up forklifts, turret trucks, and mobile carts. Depending on the weather, temperatures can be over 90°F in the truck yard or inside trailers.

Incumbents must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the warehouse and amenities. Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to fifty (50) pounds independently and one hundred (100) pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Routine, local travel may be required to attend training classes, conduct market research, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
