The Shipping Clerk is responsible for processing and completing all shipping documents. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Pull and separate customer releases. Create pull sheets for afternoon shift and for the following day. Create DSS sheets and compare vs. inventory. Prepare customs paperwork
and packing slips. Ensure ASN's are sent and accepted. Create labels Internal masters Outsource labels Arrange shipments-i. e. SLI. Review all service orders Ford and GMSPO.
Verify and adjust cums when necessary. Monitor DDL system on a daily basis answer request, and print screens for verification. Conduct physical inventory and cycle counts of finished goods, material, components, and packaging. Maintain visual warehousing. Supervision of shippers ensure their tasks are performed safely, accurately and in a timely manner. Must be available to work shift work and weekends/holidays as required Other duties or tasks as assigned or required. EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma
